Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador has filed the requested financial paperwork in her divorce case after her estranged husband, David, asked the judge to reconsider his spousal and child support payments. David is currently paying Shannon $30,000 per month but believes that total should be lower because he says Shannon isn’t being truthful about her earnings.

According to the documents that Shannon filed in court last week, she made $423,000 in 2017, with an average monthly gross income of $37,767. She listed her occupation as “reality television personality,” and her expenses were $30,235 each month, including a $10,000 bill for “filming preparation.” She is also expecting to pay nearly half of her income in taxes.

Radar Online reports that Shannon listed a bank balance of $45,352 after paying her attorneys, credit card bills, and taxes.

The mother of three also clarified that a percentage of the attorney fees she paid was the result of a defamation lawsuit courtesy of former RHOC star Alexis Bellino’s husband, Jim, who sued Shannon after she slammed his character during a podcast appearance last summer.

The judge in that case recently dismissed Shannon from the defamation lawsuit, and she has requested that Jim pay over $200,000 in legal fees.

In Shannon’s divorce case, Judge James L. Waltz deferred a decision on the child and spousal support payments until both Shannon and David go back to court for trial in April. However, he did say that David “cannot order” Shannon to stop drinking alcohol around their children.

Currently, David and Shannon have 50/50 custody of their daughters Sophie, 17, Stella, 14, and Adeline, 14. He has already tried twice to get the spousal and child support payments reduced because he believes Shannon’s income last year was closer to $900,000.

In her filing, Shannon listed David’s income as $108,168 per month as of December 31, 2017. So, the former spouses are both obviously way off when it comes to estimating each other’s income.

Shannon Beador’s income has increased since she split from David over a year ago. In early 2018, she launched the successful Real for Real food line on QVC. She has not disclosed her income from that business.
