Within one month, I realized this was in fact a game changer for ME! I lost 10 pounds, my LDL went from 111 to 81 and I am not hungry/ feel great and don't miss dairy, eggs or meat at all. When i order from a restaurant, I do get fish, but this is usually only 1-2 times a week."
